I don't think we should investigate this. Here's why: no cop is EVER going to be held accountable in any meaningful way for what he did or didn't do on that day. The truth doesn't matter if it doesn't result in consequences, accountability, policy changes, changes in the law. The truth doesn't matter. It just doesn't matter. And we all know it doesn't.
