  1. The vast majority of celebrities are not "shockingly thin", the rest of us are overweight. If you look at photos of average Americans pre-1970, almost all of us looked like that. Then we started indulging on highly processed food laden with sugar and started parking ourselves in front of tvs and computers instead of being physically active.
