  1. Reparations: people who were never slaves getting money from people who never owned slaves. It's just a cynical cash grab. Anyone who feels guilty about their ancestors owning slaves is free to fork over as much money as they want. My ancestors were too poor to own slaves and, in fact, some of them gave their lives fighting to end slavery. My money is staying in my pocket.
