  1. It's not true there are no alternatives to the big banks. There are still small local banks and credit unions. I need to sever my relationship with Wells Fargo and switch over to a local bank.

  2. Wells Fargo opened four accounts in my name. I closed them June 2017 when I found out about it and asked Wells Fargo to show me the documents on file showing that I authorized the accounts. They couldn't produce the documents. I got no apology and no refund of fees, no admission of guilt, nothing. Wait, gets better. The following month I checked my accounts. Wells Fargo opened two new ones. This happened August 2017. Wells Fargo is STILL engaging in these criminal practices.
