  3. Yellen said after the SVB bailout that it was her intention to squeeze all but the biggest banks--the "systemic risk" banks--out of business. Members of Congress just shrugged. They need to have only maybe five big banks in order to implement a centralized digital currency that will turn us into a 100% cashless society.
