  2. Basic misunderstanding: the liberal fascists think that "official act" means everything the president does is "official". If the president isn't granted authority under the Constitution to act, then it's NOT "official". The Founding Fathers deliberately limited presidential authority because they didn't want a king. I keep wondering if these people are stupid or liars. It's obvious they're both, but mostly they're stupid.
