  1. One of my most treasured possessions is a painting a girlfriend did for me for a Christmas gift. We're no longer together, but I'm looking at that framed painting right now, and every time I do, it brings back all the good memories we made together. A handmade gift is truly an expression of genuine caring. Anyone who doesn't understand that, doesn't understand love.

  3. Too bad she isn't dating Superman. He can turn a lump of coal into a diamond. A handmade gift worth millions. Win-win. Of course, you have to pay taxes on that diamond, so nothing's perfect.
