  1. Every country has its own culture and requires its own type of policing. An Iraqi once told me: "We Iraqis needed Saddam. We are hot-blooded and our leader must be strong and ruthless." We Americans are a bunch of criminals and we need tough cops to ride herd on us. The "defund the police" movement has proven that beyond a shadow of a doubt.
