  1. Just the cost of doing business as organized crime. They'll hike fees to recoup that $1.8 billion and then some. What we need are 15 year minimum prison sentences, no parole, for all of the executives responsible. That'd tamp down this criminality. But we can't expect the lawmakers to curb the lawbreakers when the lawbreakers are their campaign donors.
