  1. I was just looking at house listings. Sellers are listing homes for twice what they paid for the houses in 2019 and 2020. Double. Sometimes triple. I will sleep in a ditch before I give in to this thievery.

  2. Investors bought 20%-25% of all homes in the past two years, in some markets, as much as 50%-60%. And coincidentally, prices skyrocketed. Or maybe not so coincidentally?
