  1. I see panic buying in my area, people snapping up houses they'll regret buying for FOMO. Realtors who stampeded them last year with "prices are only going to go up and up!" are now stampeding the with "interest rates are only going to go up and up and prices will stay high!". I don't blame the realtors, I blame the people dumb enough to let themselves get herded like lemmings off a cliff.
