I lived not so long ago in a predominantly black neighborhood where I was one of a few whites. White people jog, we walk--black Americans view such activities with deep suspicion and even hostility. I don't know why and at this point, I've simply ceased to hear their complaints about anything. A constant barrage of whining makes the listener tend to tune out. Black people are taking cultural differences and labeling them "racist". That's a self-destructive and poisonous path to walk (pardon the pun), but they're already too far gone to reason with them.
