I taught for thirty years. "Diversity training", if labeled truthfully, would be "Whitey Is Evil". Most school faculties at the K-12 level are staffed with liberal white women. Most of my black, Asian, and Hispanic colleagues did NOT want "diversity training" because they thought it made them sound as if they weren't as competent and tough as their white colleagues and had to be handled delicately as a result. No one embraces anti-white racism like liberal white women.
