  3. Bill Ackman tweeted exactly what he wanted to happen Sunday morning. 12 hours later, his tweets, down to the last detail, were federal government policy. That's funny, the government never turns MY tweets into official policy. I wonder why Ackman has so much influence? Gosh, I just don't know.
