  1.  @paulaw418  Repealing a special tax break for a multibillion dollar corporation violates the First Amendment? You haven't read the First Amendment, have you? "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Disney is still free to speak on any issue. The company has no Constitutional right to tax breaks. Try making that argument in court and be prepared to have the judge laugh at you.
