  1. I worked for the IRS as a field agent and have worked for two other federal agencies. IRS is the least racist place you could imagine: if an agent has ability, man or woman, regardless of color, that person can rise fast in the ranks. And the #1 target of our activity was middle class white people, because they're the ones you can scare with prison, fines, and legal fees.
