It's not in the Constitution, but it's widely understood by people of normal intelligence (i.e. not you) that if you can't answer questions from the Fourth Estate, you can't be accountable to the public. Is Kamala going to be president for eight years without a single press conference? Christ, even Putin has press conferences.
