Ohio Governor Mike DeWine (Republican) ordered the burning of the toxic material on the advice of Norfolk Southern Railroad--the railroad said it was the fastest (not the safest) way to clear the tracks so they could continue operations. I'm furious with Biden and Buttigieg's callousness towards the people of East Palestine, but why isn't anybody mad at Governor DeWine? This isn't about partisan politics, it's about people's lives and their health. DeWine was a good little errand boy for the railroads and he absolutely needs to be called to account for it.
