  2.  @bloodycinephile  Most crime is done by the police and by rich folks, though. Rich folks do insider trading, wage theft from employees, etc (no street thug could steal as much as Sam Bankman Fried in ten thousand years of trying, for example). Police "civil forfeiture" (legalized theft) takes in more money than all burglaries and street robberies combined, and most police departments have officers involved in the drug and sex trades one way or another.
