  1. REPARATIONS, A STORY BLACK PEOPLE: We demand $14 trillion! WHITE PEOPLE: And what if we refuse? You're making empty demands. You have nothing to bargain with. We owe you NOTHING. These demands for reparations remind me of little children who throw tantrums when mommy won't let them have cake and ice cream for every meal. Know what impresses white folks? Getting a good education, working hard, proving your worth. Like Asian Americans and Indian Americans and Hispanics are doing (although some of the black folks' whining is rubbing off on Hispanics). Know what alienates white folks? Calling us names, demanding free cash and prizes, and nurturing a culture that denigrates education and achievement and glorifies criminality. Go ahead, convene your little commissions, stamp your feet in anger, issue your demands. I'll be sitting here laughing at the foolishness of it all.
