  1. Illegals cluster in "blue states", where they are counted in the Census. Census counts determine how many congressional seats a state gets. Democrats would lose 20 seats in the House without illegals. The Democrats are also working on getting the 20-30 million illegals citizenship, which would make them Democratic voters for life.
