  1. I was homeless in LA for almost a year. Every person who works directly with the homeless says they're starved of funds. The money is not getting to the folks who actually try to help; it's being siphoned off, most likely to connected, wealthy donors. In other words, another scam, one that's dwarfed by the "migrant" scam that will siphon off hundreds, not tens, of billions.
