Not one of CNBC's usual black-hearted Wall Street shills who are trying to sell you this or that, but a Nobel Prize winning economist who actually changed the way all economists study markets, i.e., his work in advancing the field of behavioral economics (which combines elements of economics and psychology to understand how and why people behave the way they do in the real world). When Shiller speaks, listen. He rarely gives specific advice but he just did: wait to buy a house if you can, because you may get it "a bit cheaper". Meaning a lot cheaper, because that's how a man like this talks.
