  1. I used to work at a "rich kids" school where parents who owned a donut shop sent us 300 pastries every Friday. One staff member took a bite out of each one and then put them back in the box. The office secretaries took him off the "donut alert" email but he knew they'd be delivered at the same time every day, so he left his class unsupervised while he spoiled the donuts. He was a close friend of the principal, so no consequences. Some people don't care how their actions affect others; without consequences, they can do a ton of damage.

  3. They voted for this, but after seeing the mayhem and chaos that resulted from their vote--New Yorkers will vote for the same type of politicians who heaped this misery on their heads. Civilizations die by their own hand.
