I always fly First/Business Class and the flight crews have started being as rude to us as they are to the economy passengers. Flight crews instigate a lot of this bad behavior.

@adamp9348 I always fly first class, and on my last two trips, one flight attendant used profanity when speaking to me and another one shoved me. The flight crews aren't blameless in this.

Not defending people who throw adult tantrums, but flight crews have gotten MUCH ruder in the past few years. I always fly first class and the last two times I was on a plane, flight attendants barked at me and even used profanity. I'm always a polite and agreeable passenger, so they had no call to treat me that way. Flight attendants need to be trained in basic customer service and to get some manners ("please" and "sir" and "thank you" are some words I haven't heard on my last few flights, ever). Last two trips I took, I drove 22 hours round-trip rather than fly. That's how bad it is.
