  1. Very true. I always fly first or business. Someone squatted in my 1st class seat on a Delta domestic flight two years ago and the flight attendants refused to do anything. The black man who was squatting start yelling "you're being racist!" at me, but I don't play that game and refused to sit in coach. Same thing happened on American. The CEO of Delta responded to my email and apologized; the CEO of American said if I was unhappy with his airline, I should find "another airline that will better meet your needs".
