  1. I've seen corrupt small towns before. Henyard has supporters, and if she ran for re-election tomorrow, she'd likely win. If she didn't win, someone just as bad as she would. And the corrupt small towns I'm talking about are in Kansas, and the folks involved are white. It's not a racial issue, it's the dysfunctional culture of some towns. If you want to see what I'm talking about, Google "Marion Kansas newspaper raids" to see one example (and not even the worst one).
