In the past, black and brown men were charged for crimes when they shouldn't have been. The remedy of today's black racists is to do the same to white men. This is not progress. I noticed that all of Jordan Neely's defenders rely on his life as he lived it a decade ago, not now, and they ignore that he had an outstanding warrant for violently attacking a 67 year old woman. It's tragic that Daniel Penny accidentally killed Neely, but he shouldn't have been charged and he will be convicted, because a white dude cannot get a fair trial in New York City. Penny is already convicted and we all know that.
