  1. I used to be 100% against the death penalty when I was younger. But as I went through life, I witnessed acts of irredeemable evil by some people that forfeited their right to continue drawing breath, and so I changed my view. Every one of us one this ride are going to die, but some of us need an express ticket. There are people who have committed such heinous acts that they have no right to be amongst us, not even locked away in a prison. I'm not in favor of lethal injection. Whatever happened to the guillotine?

  2. It's childish black-and-white thinking: you're either for the police or you're not. The possibility that you, a law-abiding citizen, want police protection but don't want the police to violate our Constitutional rights nor terrorize us, is beyond their limited understanding. Fun fact: Police "forfeitures" take more from citizens every year than all the burglars and street thieves combined.

  3. "Words are violence" is the kind of crazy thinking we haven't witnessed since Mao's Cultural Revolution. It's quite literally the thought police.
