  4. The Netherlands didn't destroy agriculture. Other countries reduced overconsumption of fertilizer over time so they could meet obligations, the Netherlands did nothing to address the issue and kept overproducing for export.

  8. ​ @australien6611  Trees are planted all the time. It's not feasible. Trees dying naturally will release the CO2 they trapped. The seas are more efficient at trapping CO2, but the hotter they get the less they trap.

  10. @@LucMtl1 Nobody is unsettled. We just know that the number of children isn't increasing. Populational growth isn't driven by reproduction but ageing. Several ethnic groups are way below replacement rates and will face demographic collapse.

  13. We've hit peak child in the 2000s. Population growth is driven by people getting older, not reproduction. Even in Africa birth rates are going down.
