  2.  @YZER19  What do you mean? The German government scrutinizes HK's dealings all the time. The first HK 416s delivered to SEALs were made from a mix of German and American parts because they couldn't manufacture them in America yet and couldn't legally export them from Germany either. They only obtained approval to make 416s in the US later because it was a military contract. The civilian MR556s have to have full auto denial features to reduce compatibility with 416 parts and a stainless steel barrel rather than chrome lined, thus not making them military weapons.

  6.  @airborne22away  Doesn't matter who owns it, HK has to be registered as a company in Germany and many of their weapons were patented in Germany.
