  4. ***** Equal pay would eliminate the cheaper labour from women, meaning that men would take their positions in the workforce and women would get sent back to the kitchen. Fascist political theorists actually argued this during the 1930's.

Look at the role women played in communist societies" Unequal starting conditions don't arrive at equal results. In one of the cases women were undercutting male labour and therefore bosses would rather have the cheap labour. Let's just say that doesn't happen in a communist setting in the first place, so equal pay doesn't send women home.

When implemented, Fascism enjoyed the power necessary to enforce their traditionalism. For example, in the beginning they didn't care for the lesbians but then went "oh wait, it's a bad thing after all".
