  1. That happened to one of the guys on Doomsday Preppers, the TV show. The fat guy with a raccoon hat. He joked about suicide at the doctor's office. End result, his rights were suspended until he got two doctors and a judge to finally clear him to get his guns back.

  2. Views matter because of money. YouTube can't be caught fraudulently boosting views or allowing youtubers to cheat with view bots. Likes and comments don't matter at all so they update much faster.

  3.  @davidkeys4284  This happens on literally every video. Every comments section has people talking about it. It's just the new "301 views bug". The counter is stuck on purpose because views equals money. So they take a while to update and make sure they're not showing fraudulent numbers that could be used to milk advertiser money. Likes and comments make no money so youtube doesn't care.
