If they took him out of suicide watch with a simple request by the lawyers then that was a breach of protocol too, so let's wait for confirmation of an interview. "that is evidence of negligence" - it seems there hasn't been a suicide in that facility in 20 years... if it were negligence then there would be a pattern, they'd keep leaving inmates alone in their cell, not perform enough checks, etc. This is the first time they fucked up in two decades and it just so happens to involve a person with information that could bring down powerful people?
