  1.  @ps3shakes123  if a place turns into a polluted shithole in a libertarian world all the property owners would sue the guilty parties for all their losses, I'm sure that Mexico isn't a libertarian paradise. We've been told the costs of pollution have to be socialized for so long we assume they have to be. Try to walk into a business and start breaking shit.
