Of course that Snopes gets it. They're trying to get Babylon Bee demonetized. If someone shoots your hat off you don't say "silly person, you're not supposed to shoot people" that person was aiming for your head! It wasn't a silly mistake!

@Iivprideviii How is it unreasonably reactionary? People will use underhanded tactics like suppressing criticism by issuing DMCA takedowns. Remember how "Santorum" was associated with a nasty meaning through the internet to damage Rick Santorum? If you gave me time I could probably think of more examples of people using "traps" to get what they want. Snopes isn't "fact checking" a satirical website because they're dummies. They're doing it on purpose to get pages in trouble for sharing "fake news".
