  2. Okay, but does that mean we need to tax the rich to keep the stores open or does WV need to attract businesses so that people have the money to spend on those stores?

  4.  @aznguymetal  "I want everybody pay fair share of taxes and raise them to rich or poor" - okay, that gives the government a higher budget but it's not going to keep the stores open. "Amazon didn't pay dime of tax, but except for sales tax" - but that's the point. If Amazon does more business that means more sales tax going into the state's coffers. The only bad thing is how tax breaks are distributed unevenly and not all businesses are allowed to flourish.
