  1. Restricting sales on gun shows would affect 1% of the gun crime, as that's the rough percentage of the guns used in crimes that come from gun shows. In the real world, it would affect less than one percent since criminals would find another way to get guns, such as straw purchases.

  4. It's not a right, it's a privilege. By that logic citizens of Hong Kong have the right to keep arms, as long as they pay the equivalent of two BMWs every year because of how elitist their gun laws are.

  5. 1/10 for getting me to reply. "clip drum magazines"? And yes, there is a right to own the same weapons as the military. They are not inherently more dangerous, because the military designs are just based on knowledge that existed in civilian firearms before.

  6. Only 1 or two crimes weere committed with legal MG's. And if you can't get new ones, they are banned, duh. The pre-ban Four Loko can be stored or sold on ebay, but you can't get new cans. So the booze+caffeine Four Loko is indeed banned.
