  2. False. The AR15 design is a scaled down AR10. The patents prove it, Stoner made it to be lethal. Also, 5.56 will kill you, dead. It was made to be lighter because a war with the USSR would involve lots of armor, so soldiers could carry LAWs with them. Korea, USSR, Viet Cong, etc had no infrastructure to evac and treat all of their wounded. It would be pointless to make ammo that only wounds because not many would care for their wounded and just keep fighting.

  4. Seriously, a mass shooter will go after defenseless schoolchildren. What difference does it make? It doesn't. You could bring a bolt action rifle and still manage to harm a lot of people. Tightly packed children? No need for a Saiga.
