  2. ​ @Zz_Mike-Hawk_zZ  define "help". Russia fired Grads from residential areas so that counter-battery fire hit civilians. Russia arrived, conscripted the men and used them as cannon fodder. Is that "helping"?

  3.  @Zz_Mike-Hawk_zZ  They were still using Soviet guns/ammo and rockets, which have dubious accuracy. This is all besides the point. Russia caused more deaths in the Donbas than Ukraine. The argument they're protecting anyone is completely insane.
