@BertoxolusThePuzzled You're giving financial advice, which isn't the point. This is about affordable housing. If you get that 50k trailer home but the people here in this thread get what they want, your trailer home will be 25k and you get stuck holding the bag. Trying to promote homeownership as an investment as one of the benefits of affordable housing is contradictory.
