@olorin1710 Off topic but I don't understand of all things why people bang on the mass transit system. Sure, it's a progressive policy. But I don't see the "liberalism".

@olorin1710 Peer review is a joke, honestly. But yes, we should eliminate corporate welfare. I just think subsidies are corporate welfare in sheep's clothing. And I don't trust The Science™. The Science™ is fully corporatized and is full of special interests in itself. The Science™ tells you to build wind farms, develops the most advanced blades for the turbines to assure you they can squeeze 33% more energy from the wind but then 15 years later The Science™ seems to have forgot to tell you that the materials are not recyclable.

@olorin1710 On a vacuum, that's correct. The problem is, peer reviewers essentially become the gatekeepers and it's an uphill battle to get past peer review when you challenge convention. Combined with "publish or perish" mindset this leads to practices that go against science, such as p-hacking. Not sure about the tesla technology thing.

Don't they win all the lawsuits? It's been a long time since I looked it up, they lost one lawsuit in like 2008 or 2009 and ever since they beat all the MSM outlets in court.
