  2. The rpm value will depend entirely on the motor used and the load. With a transformer you could run a motor that draws more current at a low voltage. You could have a small motor that draws very little current at a high voltage. If you get a motor spinning at low RPM you could connect a geared transmition with a ratio that gives you higher RPM. That's why you see wattage ratings for motors, you can use your amperage and voltage information.
