Comments by "Titanium Rain" (@ChucksSEADnDEAD) on "What The Fall Of Bakhmut Means and Russia Comes Under Attack" video.
A PMC lead by a convict who happened to use a catering business to grift off government rubles, who was Russia's lifeline to avoid official Army casualties, who had to cry and beg for ammunition the real army needed elsewhere, and needed VDV assistance anyway, managed to get wiped out and send the "chef" back to Africa to protect gold mines and warlords. The Ukrainians used TDF and National Guard and plenty of rotations while training 11 offensive brigades. The fall of Bakhmut was reported probably 10 times already. Including the "legally captured" claim by Prigozhin like two months ago or whatever. Ever heard of the boy who cried wolf? Bakhmut has been captured too many times for people to care.

@Aureliiian While Wagner was busy utterly destroying a city, the Russian army was shredded in Vuhledar. So yes, Wagner didn't lack ammunition. But the people Prigozhin took the ammo from did lack it.

@markgonczy8293 Yeah, the people advancing into machine gun fire and mortars suffered less losses than the entrenched defenders. Sure.

@trg78lji43r "YoU dOn'T SoUnD NeUtRaL" buddy what's your obsession with neutrality? Anyone who doesn't parrot Ru MoD updates isn't neutral?

@Aureliiian the doge meme is older than the cheems used by NAFO.

Purchased from the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, everyone knows this.

Everything is CIA? Meds. Take them. The "losses" are openly being mocked by pro-Russian telegram channels. The nothingburger proved how porous the 10 billion ruble defenses were. It proved how Russia is not secure with the majority of its forces committed to Ukraine. Russian outlets cannot publish things that damage the credibility of the state until a good narrative is spun. They also delayed the admission that the Moskva was damaged.

Projection.

@markgonczy8293 The simple PMC was Russia's ticket to avoiding "real" army casualties. Now the real army hates the PMC for taking all their ammo and requesting VDV assistance every time they got in trouble. Remember when the "simple PMC" was beating Ukraine so bad in Soledar they had to cry and beg for VDV to save them, then they declared Soledar to have been captured by Wagner and the Russian MoD immediately said they were lying? Yeah.

Because the Humvees were towed into the craters to stage the combat scene, Russian telegram is already alleging the burnt corpses are possibly staged too. Remember how Patrick Lancaster filmed burned corpses in a roadside IED attack by "Ukrainians", but the skull had marks of an autopsy?

@whiteybul Ukraine defeated the mercenaries. Their bodies are stacked in Bakhmut and Priggy is going back to Africa with what remains of the PMC to earn his gold. And it wasn't even the best of Ukraine - they used TDF and National Guard units.

@fate2452 The Russian armed forces made the decision to "outsource" their losses to prisoners. Ukraine knew that this gave Russia a very powerful combat potential as now they had a large number of expendables who'd go forward no matter the cost. So they selected Bakhmut (an already heavily shelled town) to gain time while training offensive brigades, and protect cities like Kramatorsk from long range shelling. There's not much to be heartbroken over, that town had pretty much no untouched building before Russian forces entered it. On the other hand, Prigozhin's constant begging for shells starved the real Russian army out of real offensive potential. We saw what we saw at Vuhledar.

They have a massive problem. People will ask where the previous 300k mobilized went. There's not enough uniforms, chest rigs, armor plates, etc to equip a large amount of troops in a short while. They'd need to drip feed these men into the fray.
