  2. The HIMARS effectively nullified Russia's multiprong offensive army. How was it not effective? Russia was making incremental gains with relentless fire support, driving out Ukrainians out of the toughest fighting positions with sheer strength. HIMARS arrived and a dozen launchers broke the spinal column of the Russian Army, turning it into a conscript marauding gang with access to penal battalions.

  10. Air supremacy only means the enemy air force has checked out of the war. If you fly over 20k ft you have God's Eye view over everything on the ground. You can drop laser guided munitions with impunity. What's the point of having MANPADS if the aircraft over 20k ft in the air can just bring a country back to the stone age by delivering bombs to factories and power plants?
