  12. The missiles are guided by INS and only connect to GPS to correct drift error. Russian weapons also use the GPS system and they have Garmin GPS on their military aircraft.

  21. GPS munitions are actually INS guided munitions with GPS correction. Trying to jam the GPS just makes the munition fall back to INS mode. Some may be small enough that the loss in accuracy causes a miss, others are big enough that you can't escape the splash damage. Also the GLSDBs spend more time inside the jammer bubble because they glide, ATACMS spends maybe 1-2 seconds inside the jammer radius. That's not enough time for INS drift.
