  1. I mean cops went over to the 'burbs to pepper ball people standing on their own porch for "breaking curfew" while cities burned during the Summer of Floyd. They also had no issue shutting down businesses and arresting priests during the coof.

  3. Back then things weren't as "sanitized" and you could easily get the parts kits (the receiver has to be destroyed before import) that include the full auto parts. They could have done the conversion after they were returned.
