The image circulating with the Mujahideen dedication is a print screen taken right after the dedication disappears and before the credits roll, the horse riders are moving further away from the camera. Without text in the way, someone added the fake caption.

  5. NATO does not have nukes. There's NATO members who have nukes. The UK, France and the US have them. Portugal doesn't. Spain doesn't. Poland doesn't.

  6. The thing is that Iraq was to destroy their WMD stockpiles, with compliance assured by UN inspectors. There was a controversial period where UN inspectors were being denied entry but they still said there was no indication of a new weapons program. The US accused Saddam of trying to procure yellowcake uranium and using mobile facilities to maintain a WMD program out of view of UN inspectors. When Iraq was invaded, weapons of mass destruction were found. But they were old stock from the Iran-Iraq war and degraded/leaking. There was no ongoing WMD program and these lost weapons were not in violation of UN guidelines. People say "there were no WMDs" in the sense that the accusation of new weapons program/non-compliance with disarmament procedursles was false, along with the yellowcake distraction.
