My girlfriend's first job was a startup and she spent her first couple of months reading the required literature. Your rationalization for arcades attracting talent and coffee machines looking professional has to be the worst I ever heard.

Yes, the person who grew up with the same cartoons, tv shows, music, movies and went through a similar schooling is totally growing up in a different culture. Like, you're just two steps removed from saying blacks all come from the ghetto, hispanics get whipped with their mother's flip flops, etc. and this gives them the edge over sheltered whites. For fuck's sake.

@xijinpingpong4426 you can't "regulate" to keep things closed, all government funding hinges on tax revenue and a shut down economy means no taxes to collect. You think government regulation is fairy dust?

@xijinpingpong4426 Increase taxes on what? On a destroyed economy? Yeah, that'll work and definitely won't kill even more businesses. Increase debt? Can you pay it back? Give social support? What for? If you close the economy there won't be anything to buy. I'm not American. I just know how things work and understand that everyone sitting on their thumbs at home will wreck a country and there's no amount of government that can change how reality works.
