@JPEight I didn't say anything about comparing Sweden to the UK. I'm attacking your argument. Forget everything else. You've already been contradicted by other people on the strictness of Norwegian lockdowns. Either put down the evidence to support your claims or give up. So before you had the data, now it's too noisy. Jesus.

@JPEight Per capita doesn't tell the full story. If two countries with the same exact population have them distributed geographically in a different manner, you can get wildly different per capita numbers. Per capita is a very useful tool but there's ways to lie with it.

@JPEight They're not saying that Sweden is more similar to the UK, they're saying that Sweden has differences between them and the surrounding countries. You're just strawmanning. 25 to 15 might not seem much, but it's nearly double the population density. That alone accounts for your 5-7 times difference being reduced to little over 2.5-3.5 times. If we go down the list of mitigating factors we'll end up seeing almost no difference.
